Tandif Villa Sea View
1. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
2. How many guests can Tandif Villa Sea View accommodate?
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children (up 12 years of age). Please contact us for special arrangements or group bookings.
3. Is Tandif Villa Sea View suitable for families with children?
Yes, children are very welcome!
4. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
5. Is breakfast or any meal included in the stay?
We offer daily breakfast at €12 per guest, which can be booked upon arrival. For dining out, Hilton by Alamanda, Cocozerm take-away and Surfers Restaurant are nearby and offer excellent local and international cuisine. Please check your booking details or contact us for more meal options.
6. Is there a kitchen available?
Yes, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils.
7. Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
8. Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas.
9. What amenities are included?

10. How far is the beach?
The villa is located just 5-minute walk from the nearest beach.
11. Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know your flight details in advance.
12. What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for specific details.
13. Is there security at the villa?
Yes, the villa has secure access and is located in a safe neighborhood with CCTV and Security lights
14. Can I host an event or party at the villa?
Small gatherings are allowed with prior approval. Please contact us to discuss your event plans in advance.
